How I Never Run Out of Food Eating Raw

One of biggest problems eating raw for both newbies and veterans is having enough food (read: fruit) on hand. Sometimes you don’t buy enough. Sometimes you can’t find enough. Sometimes it goes bad.

Here are tips that I personally use to ensure that I always have enough fresh food on hand.

P.S. A diet predominated by fresh fruits and vegetables can be amazing for nutrition, disease prevention, weight loss, digestion, and more…but only if it’s done right.

Yes, malnutrition is possible on a raw food diet. In fact, it’s probably if you follow the majority of raw food plans available today!

Just eating fruits and vegetables won’t ensure that you’re meeting all of your nutritional needs for things like calcium, iron, and B12. Living on “raw” and “healthy” cakes, cookies, lasagnas, and tacos won’t ensure superior digestion and abundant energy.
