Sometimes I don’t even want fruit. I want something hearty and warm . . . like delicious oatmeal or porridge or pancakes!

How Getting Fat on Fruit Ended My Obsession with Weight Loss

I’ve often talked about the negative experience I had eating Freelee and Harley’s 30bad way of at least 2,500 calories from fruit everyday (all raw, before raw till 4). What I haven’t talked about is the positive.

The truth is, eating unlimited calories and gaining weight helped me to a) realize that I had an obsession with weight loss and b) break free of that obsession.
