Vegan Oil-Free Stir Fry/Steam (Vegan and Low-Calorie, Too!)
A delicious stir steam recipe that’s low in calories and sodium and contains no added fat. Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
- 1 block of extra-firm tofu, baked (FatFree Vegan)
- 1 lb of potatoes, steamed
- 1 lb of broccoli, thawed if frozen
- 8 oz carrots, sliced
- 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger, fresh or paste
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
