are you from Georgia? you speak just like my boss’ wife
I suggest that if you are overweight just start walking 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week to get you started. Use Runkeeper to plot a good route for yourself and to track your progression…it’s free. Tip #2 Drink LOTS of WATER!!! I agree that you really should NOT over do it, take it easy and get into a new habit over time.
Nope, Tennessee.
For seniors, who have to be careful in avoiding damage to joints, using a rebounder (mini trampoline) could work for them. Once again, you must start off very gently. Over time you can increase the lengths of your exercise. Using a rebounder, you can exercise indoors to avoid embarrassment etc. You can listen to music or even watch TV while exercising!
tips–the chinese on “balance”: smooth, gradual, adaptive, evolving, transitions, the way of nature, i.e., from out of shape, to getting in shape
Just an FYI… the sound on this vid is much better. A lot of your vids I can barely hear what you are saying… so yay!! And good tips!!!
Great video. What do you think about bikram yoga. Considering doing 30day challenge. Excited to be a new subscriber of yours!
Thanks for the vid. Exercise should not be hard, i don’t agree to get into painful crap. I think one should start with very little and increase from there daily, but always be comfortable with the increase. And have prepared some rapid source of minerals & vitamins to take right after the exercise. I would also do different type of exercise, a bit each, so that a specific group of muscles does not overwork compared to other ones and does not build up pain.
