Bananas and rich in potassium is a myth, they don’t even make the top 10 list of potassium rich foods. There really is no natural plant food one could easily overeat and then overdose on micro-nutrients, unless the person is literally retarded.Macro-nutrients however is a different story, only good fats (and that ain’t PUFFA) are nontoxic at any amount. The amount of sugar in bananas I would worry about.

I think most common people are worried about the overdose in sugar when I tell them I eat 5 or so bananas in a single sitting. And if you are not completely raw they say you will have a yeast problem too. Thank you for your videos, Swayze:)

The chine study is an observational study from which to make a hypothesis and then proof or disproof in a controlled study. The author has so far bypassed the 2nd and 3rd step and went straight to an opinionated conclusion based on his bias. Its at the very least poor research and possibly a flat out lie. Just as his movie “Forks over Knives”, its full of poor correlations and erroneous conclusions.

I don’t care what you eat, whatever makes you happy and gives you the results you desire is fine with me. However over consumption of easily digestible carbs, or a vegan diet doesn’t easily lend itself to perfect health and athletic performance for the average person …. there are of course always some individual that make it work, but they don’t represent the norm.
You mean those who go “vegan” and don’t eat enough calories, drink, eat shit, go to bed late, etc? Yeah..Those people shouldn’t be considered.To have optimal health on any lifestyle, you need to go to bed early, no drugs, stimulants, etcDrink lots of water…the whole 9 yards. Anyone can be healthy as a vegan…It’s how we’re designed to eat by nature considering we don’t have any omnivore/ carnivore instincts or traits
Making up stories and rationalizing doesn’t diminish facts. Vegan is a modern invention and is possible because of farming. Try eating like our primate cousin the gorilla, or Orangutan and let me know how their plant based diet works for you.
