Just because someone eats all raw foods, doesn’t mean they’re eating a healthy diet. In fact, MOST raw foodists do NOT eat a healthy raw food diet!
There are certain rules that you must follow to be successful on a raw vegan diet. Eating the correct foods in the correct amounts is the only way you’ll be able to get enough calories AND nutrients and ward off cravings for good.
