[..YouTube..] thank you:) I’ve noticed that my hungry feeling is different since switching to 100% plant based whole foods (high raw). I don’t get crazy hungry now like i used to.

[..YouTube..] Try 4-5 bananas, some greens, a few dates and some water in a smoothie. Tastes great, is fast to make and lasts me 4-5 hours until lunch! I cannot pinpoint it, but it seems if I eat fast food or chips, I then crave processed foods within a few hours and the cycle continues. It’s starting to seem like they are using things in the processed food to provoke this reaction.

[..YouTube..] so true! I didn’t understand this until I experienced it first hand. I used to have so many ups and downs throughout each day. I definitely experienced hunger as nausea. I’ve refined and cleaned my diet over the past 5 years and have noticed a tremendous improvement in my health and over-all well being.

[..YouTube..] Youre videos are very helpful. Thank you. Some weeks ago I started to leran about raw vegan diet, especially 811. Now I began to eat more and more friut and raw vegetables, but still having some rice, bread, pasta or something like that. I am feeling very good, no cravings for chocolate, cake, chips or cola like in the past. But my stomach is a little bit out of control, I think. ;-) I have diarrhea from time to time. Is ist because my body has to adapt to the new diet?

[..YouTube..] Or do you think it`s bad, that I have a “mixed” diet? I mean I eat only fruits for breakfast and all snacks, but at lunch I have some bread or rice, pasta and in the evening I have a huge salad, sometimes with bread and some fruits afterwards. I am drinking a lot of water and juice ( fresh if possible )Today I had a cup of coffe and I felt horrible afterwards. So I decided to have no coffe anymore. ( Which I knew before it`s not healthy, but thought one cup a day doesn`t matter )

[..YouTube..] @Claraellenmama It could be a food combining issue. I would save any cooked and fatty foods until the end of the day, after you’ve eaten all your fruit.
