The Fun is Just Beginning…

Hey there, wonderfully raw reader!

I just wanted to send you a quick update about my upcoming program Your First 30 Days Raw. I know I haven’t yet released much about it, other than that it is a comprehensive, hands-on program that will last 30 days and is dedicated to your raw success.

I’m sure you could gather that much from the title alone! ;)

Anyway, all that is about to change. Next week will be completely dedicated to Your First 30 Days Raw. You’ll learn all about the program, including who the program is for, what is included, and when it will be released (obviously, very soon).

Hope you’re excited! :D

3 Reasons Why Raw Foods are Not Radical

You might have noticed that the subheading for Fit On Raw is “Raw Food for Practical Fitness”.

Now, the reason I chose this title is because I want to counter the idea that a raw vegan diet is radical.

Sure, eating this way is weird. Not many people eat only fresh produce and you will likely get lots of funny looks while food shopping, eating at restaurants, attending family reunions, etc.

That’s okay. Just because a certain lifestyle is not the norm does not mean it is a radical choice for YOU. If you truly want fantastic results with regards to your health, a low fat raw food diet is the way to go.

Check out 3 reasons why a raw food diet is perfectly practical, not rashly radical.

#1: Performance

There is nothing better than waking up in the morning after a hard day of working, exercising, playing, cleaning, etc. ready and willing to do it all over again.

This was something I never ever experienced on a cooked food diet. I was always tired and rarely ever looked forward to the day ahead. Each and every morning started off with me wishing I had just one more hour of sleep and everything I did during the day was a strain.

A low fat raw vegan diet has given me the energy not only to do anything I need to do each day, but to actually enjoy it!

#2: Punctuality

Practically speaking, punctuality is important. Most of us need to be up at a certain time, we need to be at work at a certain time, we need to be home at a certain time, and we need to be in bed at a certain time.

We need a diet plan that works with our schedule and doesn’t require a lot of fuss.

The answer, of course, is a simple low fat raw vegan diet. I mean, what could possibly be easier, less time-consuming, or less fussy than peeling a banana or chowing down on a head of romaine?!

And even if you prefer recipes over simple mono-meals of fruit, you will still spend much less time in the kitchen eating a low fat raw vegan diet. I make a HUGE raw salad almost every night and this still only takes me about 15-20 minutes. If I prepped everything in advance (e.g. wash and chop the greens), it would take even less time than that.

#3: Permanent Weight Loss

The one that 99.9% of people are interested in, whether they admit to it or not…weight loss!

But this is about more than just vanity. Obesity is linked to all kinds of diseases and conditions, everything from atherosclerosis to acne. Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight is vital if you want to avoid illness and live a long life.

This is easily and HEALTHFULLY achieved by following a low fat raw vegan diet. And the best part is that this is the only diet that allows you to eat until you are full!

No more crash dieting. No more restricting calories. No more excessive exercising until exhaustion.

And because you stay satiated, the weight loss is permanent. You won’t constantly be tempted by your old unhealthy favorites and so keeping the weight off will be a breeze.

Once those 10, 50, or 100 pounds are gone, they’re gone for good! :D

Go raw and be fit,

Swayze,

I want to thank you for what you do. I get excited when I open my inbox and have something new from you. I am absolutely sold on a raw food diet and am slowly transitioning.
