Raw Food Controversies Review

Have you heard about Frederic Patenaude’s latest release, Raw Food Controversies? (Who hasn’t, right?)

I’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of this tell-all book for months now and I just recently got my hands on a copy. I read the whole 400+ pages in a couple days, I just couldn’t put it down!

But I’m getting ahead of myself. Check out my full video review below:

I loved the book too. I recently started watching Kevin Gianni too, and both Kevin and Frederic are not 100% raw and eat a little cooked food (somewhere around 10-20% cooked I think). Frederic and Kevin are both very straightforward and honest about what they eat.

You can get the book (paperback and kindle) on amazon.com, but Frederic offers two other packages with extra goodies here: http://tinyurl.com/4esbcjw

True but the silver package which is book only, is much more expensive than Amazon.

I just looked and the book alone is $29.95 either way, unless you get the e-book only from amazon which is $14.99
