Check Out the Book that Convinced Me to Go Raw

Back in 2007, I was really struggling with my health.  I was anemic, which meant that I was constantly fatigued even with a full night’s sleep.

I experienced pains in my muscles and joints, especially my knees. I suffered from restless leg syndrome, an obnoxious condition that makes it almost impossible to get to bed at night. And I was still a few pounds overweight. And this was all while following a “healthy” cooked vegan diet!

I just could not understand why I still felt so horrible…until I stumbled upon The Raw Secrets by Frederic Patenaude:

The Raw Secrets

The Raw Food Diet in the Real World

In Frederic’s 152-page ebook, not only did I learn the basics of a *healthy* raw food diet, but I also learned

  • why so many raw foodists fail eating raw
  • the problem with eating a high fat diet
  • how much protein we really need to be healthy
  • the truth about detox
  • and even the harmfulness of stimulants

After reading this book (I read the whole thing in one sitting!), I knew that a low fat raw food diet was the way to go.

I implemented what I had learned from the book and within just a few weeks, all of my symptoms were gone!

No more fatigue.  No more muscle pain.  No more sleepless nights.  And eventually, no more excess weight!

If I had not discovered The Raw Secrets, who knows where I’d be!  I just might still be struggling with all my old symptoms.

Yikes!

So if you are struggling with health problems that modern medicine and health industries have failed to fix, I urge you to check out The Raw Secrets.

I promise you won’t be disappointed:

That’s really funny — after reading so many raw books and books on healthy nutrition, the book that you mention was my least favorite! I guess to each his own.

I wanted to tell you that last night, I stumbled upon your site and believe that it was no accident. I have been trying to go raw vegan for some time now, but still having issues. My main issue is the transitioning and there you were ……. teaching exactly that! I absolutely love what you are doing here and best of luck in continuing to help others by educating and especially opening up their eyes to the truths.
