Can Low Fat Raw Vegans Get Pumped?

My question is, can somebody please show me examples of STRENGTH athletes that are low fat raw and filled with muscle? All the examples I’ve seen people point to have been endurance athletes… or the high fat, supplement consuming raw foodists who also are weightlifters.
Specifically, does anyone know of any powerlifters, MMA fighters, football or some type athlete that needs a lot of muscle who is raw and thriving? I really would like to see some other examples of success other than “amateurs”… or distance type athletes that are thriving on raw.

Are you talking about strength or size? Yes, it is possible to build strength on low fat raw. No, it is not possible to build substantial size (like you would see in cooked food bodybuilders) on low fat raw. A low fat raw, enhancement-free vegan could never compete and win in any contest judging for size and form.
Look up Charlie Abel for a low fat raw vegan bodybuilder. He’s certainly ripped, but I’ve seen female lifters bigger than he.
I just want to be clear, I’m not knocking Charlie or other raw vegan lifters. I think he looks GREAT, really toned and healthy. I just don’t want to give any false hope that someone eating a clean and simple fruit-based, carbohydrate-rich, low-fat, salt and steroid-free raw vegan diet can grow to look like Schwarzenegger or Stallone.

I started my first ever juice fast 1st Jan and have completed 6 x 10 day juice fast since then. Never looked back. I’m not perfect, but eating high raw and continuing juice fast and juicing green juice daily. There’s no looking back for me! Hey!! I went to COSTCO’s last Saturday. and the value was exceptional. OK not organic, but great quality!! Great video!!

Great perspective. There are many fruits available to us. I’m reading, “The fruit hunters,” right now and amazed and at all the different fruits that exist that I’ve never heard about. It’s amazing. ; )

Not a really good example… Interesting point about the organic food stores, but a bit assumptive to think people just go buy there for health reasons and not because they don’t want to support a harmful and exploitive industry. I like to add some ginger and lemon too. All this gets the most good from all the ingredients. Love the fruit all day and a mega salad in the evening with lots of mixed greens, etc. I add goodies like sprouted pumpkin seeds and/or sprouted adzuki beans for example. Squeeze a tomato and half a lemon on it. Mmm!
