A Tasty Timeless Raw Salad Recipe
If you eat and enjoy lots of greens—and if you don’t, you really should—then you are going to love this little recipe.
This is a salad that I eat a lot of during the winter months when citrus fruits are at their best, but you can find all of the ingredients year round.
Sunshine Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 2 oranges, segmented
- 2 red grapefruits, segmented
- 1 ounce raw pistachios
Directions:
Chop all the ingredients and mix together. Beautiful!
