Simple Tip for Raw Food Love

Are you struggling to really love your raw foods?

Do you find them bland and boring?

Here is a quick tip for you that will make sure you are getting the most flavor out of your raw fruits and veggies.

Forget the Fridge

Many people like to keep most or all of their raw foods in the fridge to extend the food’s shelf life.  This is fine for some fruits, such as strawberries, which tend to rot quickly out on the counter.

The problem is that when food is cold, it is impossible to get the full flavor of the food.  You miss out on all the little subtleties.

Even the texture is changed.

What’s the solution?  A few hours before you plan to have your next meal, simply take the food out of the fridge so that it can get to room temperature!

It takes seconds and I promise raw produce tastes so much better at room temperature than when eaten straight from the fridge.  I do this with all my food, even my greens and non-sweet fruits.
