A company that I highly recommend is Vermont Soap at www.vermontsoap.com I still use their "liquid sunshine" castille soap all the time for cleaning around the house. They regularly have great deals on most of their products.

You could certainly just stop, or you could do what I did and transition to natural soaps. Although I am completely convinced, specially after your thing on B 12 that no supplement is any good as the only way to produce it is to dehydrate what it comes out of and natural water as in fruit and veg is essential for a good health and hydration. About washing and soap, i do find that since i eat raw and as long as i avoid spices (curry etc garlic and onions) i smell fruity and don't sweat much and even that smells OK, possibly it is because I have been vegan for a long time. But I still use soap in a bath about once a week, possibly I feel to get rid of the outside dirt. But I would love to introduce the non use of soap in my life. Is it a question of just stopping ?
