I started this blog almost 6 years ago and now I’m calling it quits. Not really because I’ll continue posting content to youtube. I just won’t be re-publishing it here.

Why? Because there really isn’t any point. I don’t write articles anymore. All of my content is filmed and uploaded to youtube.

Moderate Drinking? Is it Healthy? Is it Vegan?

Alcohol! Apparently moderate alcohol consumption is great for health and longevity, but is this true? Could drinking 1-2 drinks per day really be better than abstinence? Is it just another example of people wanting to hear good things about their bad habits? Is alcohol even vegan?

Let’s look at the evidence, the pros and cons of drinking moderately. MODERATELY being the key word. If you didn’t know, heavy drinking and binge drinking are pretty terrible for you.
